Small, chunky huggie hoops wrapped in sculpted diagonal ridges that catch the light from every angle. They hug close to the lobe with real presence for their size. Available in rhodium-plated sterling silver or 10K gold vermeil.

The Metal Truth
Material: 925 Sterling Silver
Finish: Rhodium-plated (silver) or 10K gold vermeil (gold)
Best for: Everyday wear, ear stacks, second piercings, an easy gift
Wear note: About 2.83 grams. The hollow construction keeps a chunky, sculpted shape light on the ear, and the 8 mm inner diameter sits close to the lobe.
Care: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, and work it gently into the ridges where lotion and residue can settle. Put them on after perfume, lotion, and hairspray. Take them off before swimming, showering, or cleaning. Because they're hollow, they can dent if crushed, so store them in a pouch where they won't be pressed or bent. Skip silver dips and abrasive polishing cloths, which wear plating and vermeil faster.

About the Rhodium
Rhodium is a precious metal in the platinum family. Fine jewelers use it to give white gold and sterling silver their bright, white finish, so it's a standard step in quality jewelry, not a shortcut. Underneath is real 925 sterling silver, never base metal. With regular wear, the plating can soften over time, and any jeweler can refresh it.

About Gold Vermeil
Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-MAY) is a thick layer of real gold over a base of 925 sterling silver. To be called vermeil, the gold must be at least 10K and at least 2.5 microns thick, which is far heavier than standard gold plating. This piece is 10K gold vermeil, at least 2.5 microns thick. Because the base is sterling silver rather than brass or copper, you're wearing precious metal all the way through. With years of regular wear, vermeil can soften in high-contact spots, and any jeweler can restore it.

Why We Chose It
A plain huggie is easy to overlook. This one earns its place with texture: rows of rounded diagonal ridges that give it the look of a much heavier piece and keep light moving across the surface. Small enough for every day, sculpted enough to be the piece people ask about.

Styling Notes
Wear them alone in your first piercing for a bold, close-to-the-ear look. In a stack, they're a strong second-piercing piece beside the Clara Hoops or the Noor Link Drops. For a mixed-metal ear, wear the gold vermeil pair with silver pieces, or the silver pair with gold.

Gift Confidence
A huggie is one of the easiest earrings to give: no length to guess at, and it suits nearly any style. Two finishes make it simple to match what they already wear. Add gift packaging at checkout for a ready-to-give box and a personal note.
