Welcome to Bling Unlimited LLC. These terms explain how our store works and what we each agree to when you shop with us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.

Who we are
This site is operated by Bling Unlimited LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Bling Unlimited," "we," "us"). You can reach us at hello@blingultd.com.

Using our site
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login private, since you're responsible for activity under it. Please don't misuse the site. That includes fraud, interfering with how the site runs, and copying our content or product data.

Our pieces, described honestly
We state the metal, karat, and stones for every piece, and we stand behind those descriptions under our Metal Truth Guarantee. Our photos show each piece as accurately as we can, but screens vary, and stones can differ slightly from piece to piece. Measurements and carat weights are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Prices and availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change, but a change never affects an order you've already placed. Some pieces are available in limited quantities and may sell out. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order it, or a price was listed in error, we'll let you know and refund you in full for anything we can't fill.

Orders
Your confirmation email means we've received your order. We accept it when it ships. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we can't verify payment, suspect fraud, or can't fill it. For higher-value orders, we may ask you to verify your identity or billing details before shipping.

Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number. If you choose Afterpay, Klarna, or any other payment plan providers, your payment plan is between you and the provider company and follows their terms. Sales tax is added where required.

Discount codes and promotions
Codes can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and can't be applied after an order is placed. Any promotion with its own terms will state them with the offer.

Shipping, returns, refunds, and warranty
These are covered in our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Refund Policy, including our Limited Warranty and Metal Truth Guarantee. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under those policies or under the law.

Reviews and photos you share
When you submit a review or photo through our site, you give us permission to show it on our site, in our emails, and on our social channels, credited as you submitted it. If you post about us elsewhere, we'll ask before we share it. Reviews should reflect your real experience. If we gave you a piece or any other perk, please say so in your review. We publish reviews whether positive or negative. We remove a review only if it's unlawful, harassing, off-topic, shares someone's private information, or appears to be fake.

Our content
Our name, logo, BU monogram, product photos, and written copy belong to Bling Unlimited or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bling Unlimited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the piece involved. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

If you misuse the site
If your misuse of the site or breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our resulting costs, to the extent the law allows.

Resolving problems
If something goes wrong, email us first at hello@blingultd.com. Most issues are resolved fastest that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute we can't resolve together will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. Either of us may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

Everything else
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term, that doesn't mean we've waived it.
